TUCCI 10 Year Global Limited Warranty

You're covered for 10 years by the TUCCI Global Limited Warranty luggage's original purchase date to its original owner to be free from defects related to workmanship. If such a defect appears, upon presentation of your dated proof of purchase and this original warranty tag, the luggage will be repaired within 30 days of its receipt. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs made by unauthorized personnel. It does not cover damage caused by public carriers i.e..(airlines). If your luggage is damaged by carriers, you must claim with the carrier concerned immediately. Most airlines will not accept baggage

claims after 48 hours. it is important that you carefully inspect your luggage after your arrival and make any claim with the airline while you are still in the airport. TUCCI will not accept any returns without prior authorization by our customer care department. Luggage sent to us must be prepaid and must have our claim# clearly labelled. TUCCI BLACK LABEL 20 Year Global Unlimited Warranty

You're covered for 20 years by the TUCCI Global Unlimited Warranty luggage's original purchase date to its original owner to be free from defects related to workmanship. EYEWEAR

TUCCI Lifetime Global Limited Warranty

Our Lifetime Warranty covers your eyewear frames for the lifetime of the product. We guarantee against all defects in materials or workmanship, as well as frame breaks that occur during normal use of the eyewear. Under our warranty, if your eyewear frames break, we will replace your eyewear, excluding the cost of shipping. ‘Normal use’

does not include damage that occurs during outrageous or negligent events surrounding your eyewear (i.e. run over by a car, or intentional abuse or damage to the frames). Importantly, our warranty policy only covers ONE warranty replacement for each pair of eyewear purchased.

TIMEPIECES

TUCCI 2 Year Global Limited Warranty

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, timepieces are protected from the original date of purchase by a two-year warranty (proof of purchase is required). A covered component will be repaired or the timepiece will be replaced free of charge with

the same or a comparable product if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.
